Croatian American Cultural Center Wedding – Breanne and Cory

Here is Breanne and Cory’s wedding at the beautiful Croatian American Cultural Center in Sacramento. Breanne and Cory originally met (and fell in love) dancing so it was fitting that their wedding set the bar high for dancing photos in 2012… it was such a blast watching them and all their guests dance their hearts out! Breanne’s mother Linda hand made all the centerpieces, bridesmaid bouquets and Breanne’s brooch bouquet and it all looked amazing!

Here is Kristin and Ryan’s engagement session in Sausalito. We couldn’t have asked for a much better day weather wise… it got down right hot when I was shooting (I figured I would be wearing a jacket since it’s right on the bay!). Kristin and Ryan both looked amazing… and Leilani and Renee from Hello Glam did an awesome job on Kristin’s hair and makeup. Enjoy…

Wow, it’s been a LONG time since the last time I blogged… Last October I believe. We’ve had a very busy off season with catching up from a crazy fall, and developing and launching our new branding and websites. Sacramento Wedding – Hayley and Mark

It was such a pleasure shooting Hayley and Mark’s wedding. Hayley is a friend from my junior high days, and I felt honored to be a part of it. Their intimate, fall colored wedding took place at the Vizcaya Pavilion in Midtown Sacramento. Hayley looked like she stepped out of a film noir and Mark was taken aback when she came down the aisle. Their warmth and love for friends and family radiated throughout the day!

Lodi Engagement Session – Rebekah and Jacob

For Rebekah and Jacob’s engagement shoot, we met in Downtown Lodi, a place with charm and appeal that suited them. We also shot at the Oak Farm Vineyards, a gorgeous estate with majestic oak trees and greenery all around. We had a great time exploring the grounds of the Vineyard and enjoying a beautiful day!

We met Lisa and Eric on a beautiful fall day in Monterey for their engagement session. We had such a fun time walking around Cannery Row and the beach in the warm sun while shooting their photos. Lisa and Eric didn’t hesitate to climb the rocky shore to capture the beauty of the Monterey coast, one of their favorite places.

For Holly and Steven’s wedding we traveled to the delta City of Brentwood to the gorgeous Club Los Meganos. Everything was perfect for their day… the modern, airy clubhouse in the middle of vine covered, rolling hills set the stage for their nature inspired wedding. Beautiful fall sunshine lit the day. And Holly and Steven both looked stunning.

Here is Allison and Alvaro’s beautiful Sacramento wedding. I loved shooting this wedding… the beautiful ceremony was traditional to Mexican culture, with fun touches added to the reception. Allison and Alvaro love The Nightmare Before Christmas (as do I!!) and they incorporated decor inspired by the movie into their reception. The cake, in particular, was really cool… make sure to look for it in the details collage!

This engagement session is quite special for my wife, Angela, and I… We’ve been friends with Hayley since the 6th grade, almost 20 years ago! When Hayley and Mark decided to have us photograph their wedding we were more than thrilled. It’s so exciting to photograph a friend’s special day!
